To ensure a seamless start to your in-class training, we kindly request that course fees be paid in full at least one month prior to your training commencement. Please keep in mind that all courses at Lash & Brow Academy are non-refundable. This policy is designed to encourage a positive mindset, promoting confidence in your decision to join us.

In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending the course on your scheduled dates, fret not! We understand life happens. Lash & Brow Academy offers you the flexibility to reschedule, provided we receive a minimum of 4 weeks notice. This not only allows us to accommodate your needs but also gives other eager students the opportunity to fill your spot.

Feel free to explore alternative course dates that suit your schedule, and remember to complete your rescheduled course within 8 weeks of the original date. We understand emergencies may arise, and under such exceptional circumstances, we may consider date changes with a surcharge.

For those opting for online learning, you enjoy unlimited course access throughout the duration of Lash & Brow Academy's business operations. For optimal functionality, we recommend accessing your course via a desktop or laptop.

It's crucial to note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations, regardless of the reason, including relocation, once you've embarked on this enriching course. Your commitment to completing the program speaks volumes about your dedication to personal and professional growth.

Certification is a recognition earned through your dedicated effort, granted upon the satisfactory completion of at least four models. While the majority of our students successfully achieve certification and leave our academy with a sense of accomplishment, it's important to note that certification is not guaranteed. In the rare event that a student's skills do not meet industry standards, our trainers may exercise discretion, withholding certification and recommending additional training for refinement.

By enrolling in our courses, you are acknowledging and embracing these terms. You grant the training staff at Lash & Brow Academy permission to provide you with our training and extend treatments to your models. We operate under a strong code of work ethics, ensuring a professional and respectful environment.
